Prime Your Mining Equipment with CRC Etch-10 for Maximum Protection and Durability

Mining equipment doesn’t get the luxury of ideal conditions. Exposed to dust, moisture, and corrosive materials, every surface – from buckets to brackets – needs to be protected against wear, rust, and failure. That protection starts with proper preparation.

CRC Etch-10 is a high-performance red oxide vinyl etch primer designed to deliver outstanding adhesion and corrosion resistance across a wide range of metal surfaces. Whether you’re working with steel, aluminium, stainless, copper or galvanised metal, Etch-10 is formulated to bond hard and hold strong.

In these kinds of environments, you can’t cut corners on surface prep. A good primer does more than help the topcoat stick – it prevents corrosion, reduces rework, and extends the life of your assets.

Etch-10 uses a vinyl resin formulation to create a flexible yet impermeable barrier – ideal for industrial and outdoor applications where water and contaminants are a constant threat. The finish is tough, quick drying, and suitable for overcoating with most standard decorative or protective paint systems.

It’s also highly versatile, making it a handy option for everything from heavy mining gear to fabricated structures waiting in the yard.

When time is tight, the spray can format allows fast and even application, with minimal setup or cleanup. Just shake, spray, and seal. Once cured, Etch-10 forms a strong base that helps coatings last longer – even in some of the toughest industrial settings around.
