“There is a lot of heavy vibrations and high impact loads on crushing operations that can really do a number on belted equipment. On a standard crusher, there can be up to a dozen or more belts transmitting power and torque from the motor to the crusher,” says Rob.

Additionally, the belts are constructed with a neoprene body that exhibits exceptional resistance to oil and heat, surpassing the performance of other rubber materials commonly used in harsh operating conditions.
Moreover, the patented curved sidewall design of Predator™ belts plays a crucial role in extending the belt’s lifespan and minimising wear on both the belt and pulley.
